We live in a technological age where social media is near unavoidable and it can greatly impact our lives for better or worse. As the popularity of social media has grown over the past decade, all employers have been essentially forced to consider the impact of social media on their employees’ roles at work.

- the limitations facing employers and the extent to which employers may regulate social media in relation to their employees’ employment;
