Commercial Lawyer (3+ years PAE)

Corney & Lind have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join our busy Commercial & Not-for-profit law team with 3+ years PAE (led by Director Nina Flewell-Smith) in our Herston, Brisbane office on a full-time permanent basis. Experience in a broad range of matters including wills, estates, estate litigation and conveyancing will be an advantage.

Work with the largest team of Christian lawyers in Queensland, who see their legal work as a calling and part of their ministry, and be mentored by senior lawyers who are broadly recognised as being at the top of their field.  For example, Andrew Lind (Consultant) is honoured to serve as the Chair of the Queensland Law Society Not-for-Profit and Charity Law Committee and the only Queensland member of the equivalent committee of the Law Council of Australia.

Whether the successful applicant is appointed as an Associate, Senior Lawyer, or Lawyer will depend on their experience.

Remuneration: Generous according to experience.

About You: You will require experience in a range of commercial matters, with the ability to demonstrate strong research, analysis and judgment skills. Your strengths will include drafting agreements, client relationships development, team work and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
