Lawyer/Senior Lawyer (2 + years PAE)

Corney & Lind have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join our busy Family Law team with more than 2 years PAE in our Herston, Brisbane office on a fulltime permanent basis. Experience in a broad range of matters including family law property, parenting, and DV, matters together with experience appearing at Court will be an advantage. You will be remunerated generously according to experience.

Work with a large team of Christian lawyers, who see their legal work as a calling and part of their ministry, and be mentored by senior lawyers who are broadly recognised as being at the top of their field.

Whether the successful applicant is appointed as a Senior Lawyer, or Lawyer will depend on their experience.

You will have access to direct Supervision and be invited to be part of a structured and formal mentoring program.

Budget expectations are reasonable and realistic so that work-life balance can be achieved. Work from home flexibility is also offered if desired for part of your time (depending on seniority). All staff also receive their birthday as an additional paid annual leave each year.

Remuneration: Generous according to experience.

About you: You will require experience in Family Law and Advocacy matters, with the ability to demonstrate strong research, analysis and acumen. Your strengths will include drafting correspondences, managing client relationships, team work, and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
