Melissa is our Human Resources Manager.
As a member of our senior management team, Melissa works strategically alongside the firm’s business goals and values to support our whole team in being their best so they are giving our clients their best.
This includes culture and wellbeing, the employee lifecycle and leadership development.
She is passionate about empowering people through good relationships, effective communication, development opportunities and processes, setting up workplaces to support their people for the marathon, not just the sprint.
Melissa has her Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Management is an accredited member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has been a Human Resources Professional for more than eleven years in professional and not-for-profit sectors.
In her personal time Melissa loves reading, music, swimming and dinner parties.
