Graham was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and The High Court of Australia in 1977.

Graham has worked extensively in the public and private sectors including the Public Trustee.

Graham has served on many not-for-profit boards and has worked full time on the Pastoral staff of a local AOG Church.

Other leadership roles:

  • Former member of the Lord Mayor’s Brisbane – Shenzhen Sister City committee
  • Chairman of the Australian Institute of International Understanding
  • Founding director of Kardinia International College
  • Founding chairman and current director of Northside Christian College

Graham has strong international experience with regular legal and commercial dealings involving operations in China and Japan.

 

Graham has recently been instrumental is assisting an Australian College in establishing a campus in Thailand and has lead another consortium in their ongoing work in establishing an international school in China.

Graham is also widely published in eminent legal journals (see examples below) and a member of the International Bar Association

He holds a Masters of Laws from Bond University.

Graham, with many years of experience, is constantly sought after for wise counsel. Graham is based in our Brisbane office.
