Dave was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2002 and has significant experience in small and mid-tier legal firms. Dave also has worked in business roles, based in Japan and Taiwan prior to becoming a lawyer.

Dave has acted in a wide variety of commercial, property and estate matters both at the front end and then when things go wrong and legal assistance is needed, to navigate a path through the dispute to an acceptable (commercial) outcome.  He has assisted on matters before the:
