Estates in Queensland are often administered without a grant of Probate. Our initial Executor High Point advice conference is recomended to assess and advise on this aspect first.

Then, if a grant of Probate or Letters of Administration is needed we are able to provide a fixed fee quote to make the application which includes:

• Advertise (outlay cost of advertising charged at cost)
