The cost of “bad advice” can also, sadly, be measured. The old adage is true – you get what you pay for.

Lawyer’s hourly rates are outrageous. Remaining at the cutting edge with quality, responsive, up to date staff, resources and systems producing clear advice (in a commercially viable business) … costs. Our rates are competitive, in the mid-range. Big firm expertise with responsive personal service and mid-tier pricing. Just ask us for details.

Our approach to costs

  • We provide an accurate estimate of costs as soon as possible after you have contacted us
  • We accurately record our time & outlays via state of the art management software, as soon as they are incurred
  • All our staff record their time as they go online. No manual time sheets or guess work about time spent for you.
  • We usually do not charge for photocopying or faxing at $2.00-3.00 per page but we do charge for the staff member’s time spent at the photocopier for you.
  • We are able to provide you with a costs update at any time on request.
  • We bill monthly (or more regularly) so that you know where costs are up to
  • We seek to report to you when an agreed cost estimate is being approached so that cost saving steps can be taken. Our software alerts us.
  • If we believe the work doesn’t need doing or you don’t need our advice we will tell you.
