Lawyer's hourly rates are outrageous. However to remain at the cutting edge and viable they need to be at the levels we have set them. Our rates are competitive, in the mid-range. Big firm expertise, responsive personal service, mid-tier pricing. Just ask us for details.
Our approach to costs
- We provide an accurate estimate of costs as soon as possible after you have contacted us
- We accurately record our time & outlays via state of the art management software, as soon as they are incurred
- All our staff record their time as they go online. No manual time sheets or guess work about time spent for you.
- We usually do not charge for photocopying or faxing at $2.00-3.00 per page but we do charge for the staff member's time spent at the photocopier for you.
- We are able to provide you with a costs update at any time on request.
- We bill monthly (or more regularly) so that you know where costs are up to
- We seek to report to you when an agreed cost estimate is being approached so that cost saving steps can be taken. Our software alerts us.
- If we believe the work doesn't need doing or you don't need our advice we will tell you.
