Supervising Conveyancing Support Staff

 

Andrew Lind, Partner, has been invited by the Queensland Law Society and Lexon Insurance (the professional indemnity insurer for Queensland solicitors) to present at the Queensland Law Society's Annual Property Law Conference in November 2008 on the subject of Supervising Conveyancing Support Staff.

 

This is recognition of the seriousness with which we take the delivery of quality Property Law services and the robustness and sophistication of our conveyancing supervision systems.

 

The introduction of the Conveyancing Protocol in Queensland is forcing law firms to recognise that property transactions demand the same level of professional diligence as any other legal work.
